ZoJo Coffee is a small, family-owned coffee roastery in Longview, Washington.  We sell our coffee beans wholesale and at retail venues, including our own café, ZoJo Coffee Roastery and Tasting Room.

We are about more than just selling coffee.  Quality, partnership, knowledge and, most of all, a passion for coffee are the essential elements of our philosophy.

Quality: The coffee beans are fundamental to what we do.  We order and roast only the highest quality beans from countries around the world.  We roast our coffee on a Dietrich roaster and track every roast by temperature every thirty seconds according to a house-created roasting profile in order to create a consistent roast on every batch.  Finally, we cup every roast to ensure that the coffee beans that leave our café are consistent with our flavor profiles and are the best that they can be.  From the green coffee beans, to our equipment, to our roasting profiles, to tasting every roast, it all matters.

Partnership:  ZoJo Coffee is not just a business for us.  We partner with those who share our philosophy of consistent, quality coffee and we do our best to support those who care about excellence as much as we do.

Knowledge:  Everyone on our ZoJo Coffee team receives ongoing education in all things coffee, including the history of coffee, the global coffee market, and coffee origins and training in roasting, cupping and as baristas.  We encourage our team to continue to expand their knowledge with our library of coffee reference books and to compete in barista competitions.

Passion:  We and all of our team members share a passionate belief in the importance of creating the best cup of coffee possible.
